Mochina Sensei (mochijapa): Here is a shaved ice cafe! This is one of the places I definitely want to visit again the next time I go to Okinawa! They have a huge variety of toppings, and you order by writing down your choices on an order sheet! I love fruit-based shaved ice topped with espuma (a light, fluffy foam), so I always end up ordering that combination. But I hope you'll have fun customizing your shaved ice with your own favorite toppings! They're also famous for their brown sugar latte!
