Highly recommend ordering 100% plain Hokkaido milk ice cream the first time you try it even though the toppings are tasty, as it has a very gentle, pleasant milk flavor that can get easily lost under the toppings they offer. It's hard to explain, but this ice cream feels very "light" in the sense that I could eat 10 cups of it and not feel all 'heavy' like other ice creams make me feel if I eat too much of it.
