lushenzener: There's a TON of good BBQ places in Texas and DFW, tbh, but Hutchins has the benefit of actually having tolerable lines most days. Is it a good ways out of the way compared to the downtown and near-airport slots? Yes. Is the beef rib worth it? YES. Also grab a few of the bacon-wrapped and glazed Texas Twinkies while you're at it.
Kōri-Oujo: The beef ribs are probably the most expensive food items but it's SO WORTH IT! Everything melts in your mouth and has a perfect balance of smoky and saucy. Pile on your sides- they charge by the paper boat that they have, but how high you fill it is up to you!
