  1. Lao Wang Ji Beef Noodles · Taipei, Taiwan: There's four things on the menu here, and two of them are different kinds of beef noodles. Get the red one, add plenty of pickled mustard, and bite into perfectly al dente noodles and fall-apart chunks of beef.
  2. Hutchins BBQ · Frisco, USA: There's a TON of good BBQ places in Texas and DFW, tbh, but Hutchins has the benefit of actually having tolerable lines most days. Is it a good ways out of the way compared to the downtown and near-airport slots? Yes. Is the beef rib worth it? YES. Also grab a few of the bacon-wrapped and glazed Texas Twinkies while you're at it.
