Ervsona: St. Viateur is a name you can't avoid if you search up "Montreal Bagels". Might be considered a tourist trap to some, but for me, they live up to the hype. Their bagels all have a hint of sweetness from being boiled in honey water and are super soft from their hand-rolling process. The quality shows in all their products including their wide variety of cream cheeses and their breakfast sandwiches. I was shocked how much I liked their traditional sandwich! Worth a visit if you visit Montreal!
