  3. marunouchi HOUSE · 🍽️ Restaurant floor · Chiyoda: Not a restaurant, but an an entire floor of a building that is filled with restaurants and bars. Similar to a food court but it has a bit of everything, order some Mexican or Italian, get some craft beers and you can chill in the outdoor seating with great views of tokyo. Honestly my secret weapon when I have a group coming to visit and they dont know what vibe they want, cause it hits everything for everyone
