  1. Kansha Japanese Sushi Bistro · Richardson, USA: Once called Ken's Japanese Bistro, this is a place I frequented while I lived in Dallas. This place is small and intimate with an amazing staff and a plethora of delicious dishes. My personal favorites were the katsucurry, soba, tonkotsu ramen and yakitori. Cannot recommend this place enough! Please give it a try sometime.
  2. Ramen Hakata · Addison, USA: Amazingggg ramen shop!! My personal favorite here was the curry udon. They also have other staples like chashu buns, okonomiyaki, takoyaki, gyoza and so much more! Absolutely worth a try!
