What Da Chick · Watertown, USA: This Thai chicken rice shop is one of my personal favourites! I would highly recommend the spicy crispy chicken as well as the poached chicken. The fried chicken tendon is really underrated and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes the texture of tendon.
Sakagura · New York, USA: There's very few and far between Japanese restaurants in the U.S that I'm truly blown away by. The Chicken Nanban was extremely juicy with a savoury yet tangy sauce.
sam a.m. · Jersey City, USA: This breakfast spot has good vibes and better food. I had the Biscuits & Gravy, which were phenomenal. In addition, the staff were just super chill and made great conversations. The space is a bit tight and spots are scarce, but it's well worth the chance securing a space.
Bits & Bites Bakery + Cafe · Saugus, USA: This is one of the few Filipino restaurants in New England. Despite that, they do their job extremely well in representing Filipino cuisine while also adapting to new innovative ideas. Their regular menu is superb with the Silogs, and their pastries/desserts such as the Ube Cannolis and Pandesal. On Saturdays, they have Sisig! Probably the best Sisig I've had in my life.
