  1. 808 Monsmare · Hakone: The best pizza that I every had in Japan! Great for sharing with friends. Honestly, get any of the pizza on the menu and you're in for a great time. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very cozy although can get busy because it's small.
  2. Grill & Steak Myōgetsubō · Nikko: Next to Nikkō Tōshōgū, this is a great place to end your day after looking at the shrines and temples. Great atmosphere, very polite and friendly staff, and delicious multi-course meals.
  3. Tomlin · Thunder Bay, Canada: Rotating menu with fresh seasonal ingredients. Great atmosphere. First come first serve unless if you have a large group. Can be a little pricey but completely worth it!
  4. Floyd's Diner James Bay · Victoria, Canada: Best place to get breakfast or brunch! I had chicken and waffles with a spicy jam. The sweet and savory taste is a great combination. There are themes around classic celebrity figures.
  5. Le pain de Daniel · Fujikawaguchiko: If you're here for the onsen and want to go out for a nice breakfast or brunch, you can grab some bread from this traditional French bakery. High quality and delicious.
