  1. Lotus mat og vinhus · Tromsø, Norway: The best seafood place in Tromsø, the sushi is some of the best I've had ever. It's a little pricy (like most food in Norway tbh...) but it's so worth it, I love the sushi platters they offer especially. Lots of different wine options as well !!
  2. Tøllefsenhjørnet · Tromsø, Norway: Best coffee in Tromsø, you can really tell the owner/employees love what they do and have a lot of passion for good coffee. It's also locally-owned !!
  3. Tiara Kaffebrenneri · Kristiansand, Norway: Locally-owned tiny cafe, their food is super tasty, all the furniture is thrifted, clearly lots of love put into this cafe. Coffee is super good, I also love the various boba milk teas they offer !!
  4. Bean Coffee Roasters · Liverpool, UK: Best coffee place in Liverpool!! I love their selection of cakes and pastries as well, it was my go-to cafe while I lived here, they also offer coffee beans you can grind and brew at home :3
