  1. Noriko Handroll Bar · Chicago, USA: teeny tiny sushi bar with only 20 seats, i really like the scallop handrolls!
  2. Kasama · Chicago, USA: Featured on The Bear, Kasama is probably my favorite breakfast spot hands down globally, but especially for Filipino food, their dinner menu has gotten a Michelin Star, but their breakfast is accessible and cheap! Just be careful, the line for dine in can be 90+ minutes long, so I would recommend ordering mobile pickup!
  3. Crafty Cow - Burgers & Fried Chicken · Wauwatosa, USA: I don't know how to sell a fried chicken ceaser wrap the size of my head you're just going to have to trust me on this one. Shares the location with a really yummy oyster place too!
  4. Caribou Gourmand · Montreal, Canada: Quebecois food is a yummy hybrid between french food and north american farm to table/hunting practices! that said- because it is a quebecois place, some french knowledge is important! I had the lamb stew and gnocchi and both were phenomenal!
  5. Truffle Pig · Oshkosh, USA: Really really really truly surprisingly good Italian food for a phenomenal value! The Pre Fixe menu serves everything family style, but everything was also available as a la carte options!
