  4. The Stinking Bishops · Sydney, Australia: This place is all about artisanal cheeses, cured charcuterie meats, and wine pairings! Sometimes they run a promotion where you can leave dinner up to a roll of the dice, which is fun! I personally really liked the Wagyu Bresaola and Smoked Wagyu charcuterie options. From the regular menu, the mac and cheese was SO GOOD paired with the meatballs. The apple whisky cocktail was delicious too!
