  1. Lotus of Siam · Clark County, USA: Best Thai food I've ever had! This is my go to spot every time I am in town for work. The Crispy Duck Khao Soi is my favorite dish. They do not mess around with spice, I like a 4 out of 10 spice level. If you plan to go, I do recommend getting reservations a week before but walk-ins are fine too!
  2. SOICHI · San Diego, USA: Get the Omakase!!! Absolutely a one of a kind sushi experience. My first time trying Blackthroat Seaperch and it has become my favorite fish. If I could eat at only 1 restaurant for the rest of my life, this is the place I would pick. I HIGHLY recommend getting reservations as this place is tiny. Reservations open the first Saturday the month before your desired date.
