  2. Clandestino 41 : True Italian Bar · Meguro: If you wanna “be Italian” this is the perfect bar. Very good food and also very good alcohol. Drink suggestions: “Spritz” 🍷
  3. Mermaid Coffee Roasters · Arakawa: If you like “vintage” and good coffee, this place is super cozy and also very fancy for a good price, just in the middle of Ikebukuro!
