  1. Bushido Ramen · Kettering, USA: A small, hole-in-the-wall ramen spot that has garnered a lot of attention online. Really enjoy the spicy miso ramen along with the bushido buns as an appetizer beforehand. They even offer specialty sessions showing how they prepare certain dishes and fish.
  2. Poke 96 · Deerfield Township, USA: A spot I only found recently, but I was impressed with the freshness of the fish used with the poke bowls here. Along with an order of fresh made takoyaki, it makes the whole meal even better!
  3. Parma Pasta Pizza · Lewisville, USA: I've been here almost every time I visit the greater Dallas area because it always provides a great experience and even better food. The New York style pizza is always a treat, as well as the Chicken Murphy pasta, and complimentary bread rolls bigger than your fist!
  4. Belle's Bread Japanese Bakery and Café · Columbus, USA: This gem has been such a great find in Columbus. An authentic Japanese bakery that is always putting out fresh bread, pastries, sandwiches and more. Located in the back corner of a small shopping center, people are always flocking in and around it. Personal recommendations are the red bean rolls and various melon rolls for the pastry side.
  5. Interstellar BBQ · Austin, USA: Some of the best barbecue you'll find in Austin. And this is coming from a guy with a bull as his Vtuber! You gotta be quick to get your order in for their selections of the day as they will run out quick. Some of my favorites include the beef brisket and peach tea glazed pork belly.
