  1. PIZZA SLICE · Shibuya: Good NYC city style pizza in Shibuya. Get the pepperoni or classic cheese. Very cool vibe inside as well. It’s hard to find a good pizza slice in Tokyo, and this hits the spot. Especially one similar to the slices in NYC.
  2. Lucia of Soho · New York, USA: Amazing Pizza slices. That’s saying a lot since there’s so much competition in New York City. Start with a plain slice, and then try the other flavors. Add some hot honey after for some sweetness. A good pizza slice that won’t break the bank, and will satisfy you for a while.
  3. Great Fountain Fast Food · Toronto, Canada: If you’re looking for Cantonese food with large portions and affordable prices, then this is the spot. Popular dishes include the chicken and black pepper sauce over rice, the turnip cakes. Most combos will come with soup and a drink.
  4. Hamburger America · New York, USA: Founded by burger scholar George Motz (you’ve probably seen him on YouTube!) This diner style restaurant is a tribute to the history of hamburgers. If you can take a seat at the bar and watch the burgers get made at the flattop. The Onion burger was my go to, but anything will taste great. 👍
  5. YAMATARO · Toshima: Delicious Onigiri with generous portions. Seating is limited inside but they do have a take out location close by. English menu is available! Everything is handmade in front of you.
