  1. Chef Soon Contemporary Sushi & Bar · Woodridge, USA: - Not your average sushi slop, it's a super delicious and modern take on sushi w/ elegant and complex rolls and nigiri! Some great drinks and friendly staff as well! They love to drink with you. My favorite sushi place in the world!
  2. Damas · Montreal, Canada: - Upscale Syrian cuisine available via tasting menu! They have a really creative drink pairing with a mix of sweet and savory drinks for each course. Easy to get a reservation and you'll leave very happy.
  3. Mensho Tokyo SF · San Francisco, USA: - a Michelin star ramen restaurant with no reservations and super cheap! The service is quick and it’s the best ramen you could have. Anyone can get in on any day, you just have to line up shortly before open! The lamb ramen was my favourite and don’t shy away from adding extra toppings.
