  1. Muek Mun Kai Chicken Rice · Bangkok, Thailand: Come here if you are craving tender, juicy chicken and fragrant rice! They are renowned for their Singapore-style Hainanese chicken rice. Their golden liver is really yummy as well, also their steamed chicken cartilage is nice.
  2. Thong Smith (Siam Paragon) · Bangkok, Thailand: One of the best Boat Noodles I've ever had! They only specialize in making Boat Noodles and you can customize it to your preference. Recommend trying Boat Noodles at least once and this branch has more than one location and they all hit.
  3. KubKao' KubPla Siam Paragon · Bangkok, Thailand: This place is famous for their home-style Thai comfort food. Everything here is really good but I deeply crave the dish I got called 'Spicy Peanut Soup Served with Fermented Rice Vermillion and Mixed Vegetables'. I think about this dish a lot and have tried to recreate it. ; ;
  4. Gyutan Tsukasa · Costa Mesa, USA: This place only specializes in grilled beef tongue and it's SO GOOD! Highly recommend, set also comes with a really nice, light broth which you can only get if you dine in and the blanched veggies are nice too.
  5. Sorn · Bangkok, Thailand: If you have the extra spending budget I HIGHLY recommend this place. They serve 22-30 course meal of Southern Thai dishes. Have to book months in advance on their website but worth the wait if you get a slot.
