  2. Teppei - 3rd floor · Naka, Hiroshima: - The best okonomiyaki I've had in my life, they make wagyu okonomiyaki and since it's hiroshima style, aka with noodles, it absolutely fills you up and tastes amazing

Fleur de Sarrasin · 🥞 Pancakes · Taito: - small pancake restaurant in asakusa where the owner comes in the morning and grinds buckwheat on an ancient looking stone grinder to make buckwheat pancakes that he cuts up and serves in rolls, kind of like sushi. He makes both savory and sweet and sources local ingredients and also has an insane lineup of cider which is quite rare for Japan
